Sample: The compound was isolated from an animal tissue. The sample in organic solvent was diluted in methanol containing 10 mM ammonium acetate.

Instrument: APEX-II FT-ICR (Bruker Daltonics)
Ion source: ESI, negative ion mode
Sample Introduction: Infusion at the flow rate 200 nanoL/min
CID condition: SORI CID mode
Mass accuracy:  3 ppm or better for major ions
Calibration: External calibration
MS/MS spectrum: For [M-H]- ions isolated in the FT-ICR cell
Notes: Isotope peak pattern of precursor ions is distorted in the MS/MS spectrum due to depletion of the mono-isotopic precursor ions by SORI CID.
